One of my goals this year was to experiment more with beauty, and if there’s ever a time for more is more when it comes to beauty – that time is now. Everywhere I look I’m seeing sparkle; face gems, foil-adorned eyes and glitter… No amount is too much. Big bold makeup and maximalist looks are evident on the runways and in real life, what better time for self-expression and individuality?

Now this definitely isn’t an everyday look, or something you wear when you pop to your local supermarket. Graphic makeup inspired by industry legends Pat McGrath and Isamaya Ffrench (to name a few) flood my Instagram feed when it comes to fashion month, and they always leave me feeling a little bit in awe. Fast forward a week or two, and beauty lovers worldwide recreate these looks left right and centre. For myself personally, theres something very empowering when doing something like this and creating a form of wearable art.

Products used:
– Fenty Beauty: Pro Filt’r Foundation
– Juvia’s Place: The Masquerade Mini Palette
– Kylie Cosmetics: Take Me on Vacation Palette
– Colourpop x Shayla: Perception Palette
– Colourpop: Cute AF Palette
– Eyelure: Vegas Nay Lashes in Grand Glamour

Now this look may not be perfect, even I can spot some mistakes or things I could have improved upon, but when it comes to being creative there is no right or wrong.
Expect a lot more interesting beauty content from me this year, I hope you enjoy!
