As a child of the 90’s, scrunchies are my thing. The return of the scrunchie surfaced sometime last year, and thankfully it seems like they’re sticking around for good. Not only are scrunchies cute, but they’re better for your hair than using a typical elasticated hairband that pulls on your hair and gets tangled easily. Whether your hair is long, short, curly, straight, or wavy, scrunchies are for you.
A low ponytail is a quick and easy way to wear a scrunchie. Use a texturizing spray or dry shampoo to give your crown more volume, and tie the scrunchie at the base of your neck. Leave a few tendrils of hair free to frame your face, adding softness and a touch of elegance.
One of my favourite ways to wear a scrunchie, and one of my favourite ways to keep my hair out of my face, is by wearing a scrunchie half-up half-down style. This look takes minimal effort, and is generally my go-to. I like the rest of my hair to have loose waves when wearing this style.

Two is better than one… or three, or four, or more. You usually buy scrunchies in a pack, so why not wear all of them together? Scrunchies are great because you can mix and match them, this is definitely one of the more adventurous and chic ways to wear the scrunchie in 2020.
